The Zimbabwe International Book Fair (ZIBF) opened this morning (at the time of writing) and will run until 2nd August in the capital, Harare. This year, the theme of the Indaba Conference is: “Book Footprints: Milestones and Opportunities”.
According to the event organisers, the theme “offers ZIBF the opportunity to reflect on and celebrate the milestones achieved by stakeholders over the years, while also identifying where and how progress has been made — and highlighting the opportunities that remain to be seized for the industry’s renewal.”
